This was the season where the rebirth ended and the renaissance began of the CGHA. The team under the CGHA were renamed the Red Liners and received new jerseys and logos. The new logo has since be used on multiple arenas to increase the public’s awareness of the CGHA. As for hockey, the Red Liners improved their record compare to the past season. Once again, they would not be able to get into the quarterfinals of the playoffs.
