McFet Howard had their last matchup of the regular season against their sister team, McFet 95th Red Liners. They brought their best lines for this final game. It was a back and forth affair with neither team able to score in the opening minutes but it would be the Howard Red Liners that scored first and keep on scoring for the rest of the game. The McFet 95th would have to wait until the third period before finding the back of the net. That goal would be too little too late. McFet Howard would notch their second win of the season after a decisive victory against the Polar Vortex, 4-2.
Their first playoff matchup was against the top seeded, Top Shelf. With a strangling defense and quick offensive attacks, the Howard Red Liners managed to get on the scoreboard first. This 1-0 lead carried into the mid second period when a penalty shot was award to Top Shelf which Dr. Nick easily blocked. But the momentum soon began to switch to the Top Shelf who started to find the back of the net. In the end, the Top Shelf would triumph over McFet Howard and end their season.
