While part of the Red Liners team travelled to Vancouver, 12 skaters faced off against the Fossils at Northbrook. It was Roger Dodgers first game as well as Kodi return after a shoulder injury.
The first period started out fast as Twank got the first goal of the game, but the Fossils would come roaring back with 5 unanswered goals. Building off ideas from fellow teammates, Captain MK shifted some forwards to defense, and vice versa. The second period was a quieter affair with only two goals given up by the Red Liners. The third period started slow but had an explosion of scoring for the Liners. Twank would get another goal while Jessie would score off a rebound into the empty net and a scramble inform of the goal.
While the Liners lost 8-4, they had a much better second and third period. Jessie has shown his offensive prowess as well.
