The Chicago Gay Hockey Association is excited to announce dates for our second hockey tournament, to be held June 25th through 28th 2015! This coincides with the iconic Chicago Pride Parade!
This is a wonderful chance to have a new Pride experience, enjoy Chicago, meet new people, and play some hockey. There will be 2 divisions, Competitive (Northside) and Recreational (Southside). Registration:
Individual Registration – Each player must fill out a registration form.
- $165 Until 5/15
- $175 Until 6/25 (all fees must be paid before players first take the ice)
Team Registration – Each team captain will need to fill out a team registration form. Teams are capped at 15 skaters.
Guest Registration – $60 – Each guest wishing to attend our event and get a goodie bag, including tournament t-shirt, should fill out this form.

Rink:
The tournament will be played at the McFetridge Sports Center. If you came to the 2011 Market Days Classic then you’ll be happy to know this rink is only 10 minutes from Boystown and 20 minutes from the host hotel! Should you choose to take a cab, public transit or drive (there is free parking), this rink is very easily accessible.
Players will be able to leave their equipment at the rink for the duration of the tournament. There is skate sharpening available at the rink.
Lodging/Travel:
We are offering a downtown housing option at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Chicago Downtown/River North. It is conveniently located at the Grand Station on the Red Line.

Activities:
The tournament will take place during the iconic Chicago Pride weekend (6/25-6/28). A three game round robin (and then championships) will be played on Thursday, Friday & Saturday. There is a 3 game minimum guarantee. Sunday will end the tournament festivities with the all-participant Pride march.
