Chicago Polar Plunge 2014
The CGHA registered a team for the 2014 Chicago Polar Plunge which is to benefit Special Olympics Chicago! We raised $1,000!

Annual American Cancer Society Walk & Roll!
For 5 years the CGHA has been participating in the American Cancer Society Walk & Roll! We have raised over $3,500 to help fight cancer.

Fire Fighters Face Off For MDA 2012
Team participants help support raised money for MDA. The Red Liners were unable to earn one of the 4 playoff spots with a 2-1-0 record (GF 15, GA 8).

Equality Illinois Pie Toss!
Over 2 years the CGHA raised over $4,000 for Equality Illinois.

Market Days Classic 2011
The CGHA raised $250 for the Dr. Peters Centre which is British Columbia’s only HIV/AIDS Day Health Program and 24-hour nursing care residence.

In Brown Apparel Pub Crawl 2012
This fundraiser was a unique way to raise funds for The Howard Brown Health Center. We encouraged participants to visit the Brown Elephant resale shop to purchase outfits and props for the pub crawl which generated several hundred dollars in purchases. We also raised over $200 in donations for Howard Brown!

Chicago Cares
We raised over $1,000 for Chicago Cares in the 2012 and 2016 Serv-a-thon! We also helped clean up, paint and plant at a local school!
In 2015 we worked at the Kilbourn Park Organic Greenhouse to help plant, make signs, clean and prep for their annual plant sale!
