With more success on the ice and more exposure by the press off the ice, CGHA continued to recruit for the Spin-Offs. While hoping to building off the wins from last season, things did not look good for most of the season. The wins were few and far between. Fortunately, everyone made the playoffs and with solid goaltending, the Spin-offs were able to capture their first league championship.
