The Chicago Spin was playing the defending champs from last season, the Canuks, in Vernon Hills late Monday night. There is really nothing to say about this game. Spin had a strong line up, playing the Canuks that should be in a higher division. No doubt that Spin was tough. Keith Halverson, coming off a 4 week lay off, looked good. The game was pretty much a quiet one with only 2 penalties. The final: Spin losing 8-0.
